So I cannot resist a Cosmopolitan if cocktails are on the menu so when I was flicking through my Lolas bakery cupcake book I was drawn in by the Cosmo inspired cupcakes.

I had most of the ingredients in the cupboards, but one I hadn't heard of before was Pomegranate molasses...luckily for me Sainsburys specialist section stocked this yummy syrup product and off I went home to bake!!!

Once the cakes were baked then I made the buttercream topping and it was time to pipe and decorate.
Finished article looked and tasty pretty good, and the whole batch were polished off within a few hours, not all by myself I should add!
