DIY Gilded Agate Coasters

I had seen how popular Agate has become for interior design and a really easy and cute use of slices of agate is in the form of drinks coasters.

I purchased a set of four neutral agate coasters to update my lounge decor, but when they arrived they were just the standard mineral edge, some a bit green and not so glam as I had hoped.

I suddenly had a thought, I had seen some on etsy with a gold leaf style edge....cue OPI liquid sand gold nail varnish...

 I think this has really glammed up these coasters and I can't wait to use them :)
